Career and Management Society that set up with Can Dundar’s panel about variation named “Değişim” on 1999 is an willing organisation that university students work in every stage of development.

      Career and Management Society ,that displays activity in consultancy of President of İzmir Chamber of Commerce Ekrem Demirtaş, Aegean Region Chamber of Industry old President Salih Esen, Çimstone CEO’s Bülent Akgerman, D.E.Ü. Vice-chancellor Prof. Dr. Alp Timur, Data Processing Center ‘s Chairman,Faculty Member Doc. Dr. Vahap Tecim, Faculty Member Prof. Dr. Baybars Tek and Faculty Member Yrd. Doç. Dr. Pınar Süral Özer,aims at undertaking bridge mission between business world and university students and contributing to university students’s personal development by changing their social,culturel and academic lifes and directs its projects considering this mission

 

      Our society took honors in “Most Active Business and Career Society’’ and selected ‘’most active 2. society’’ on a country-wide competition in corporation with Turkey Community Volunteer and Uniaktivite in 2002-2003 and  2005-2006  by courtesy of signing a lot of prosperous projects in the past years.

 

      Our society has broken through in 2005 with ‘’Kendi Markanı Yarat ‘’ project that was a good example about branding actions.In this project that 126 teams involved in and our society achieved their target and now  is making great strides on the way to success  with new projects by maintaining its varying and flourishing structure.We want to actualize all our target by the experiences we got from “Kendi Markanı Yarat” project that we organized perfectly.“Kendi Markanı Yarat” project was organized and actualized by the support of these names and companies ; Chairman of Türkiye İş Bankası Ersin ÖZİNCE, Media Group President of Doğan Yayın Holding ve Milliyet  Vicky Habif, CNNTÜRK Producer and Presenter Merva ULUSOY, Head Coodinator of Referans Gazetesi David JUDSON, Çimstone CEO’s Bülent AKGERMAN, İzmir Region Head of Microsoft Elçim BARKAY, Vice Chairman of Yaşar Holding İdil YİĞİTBAŞI, Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Faculty Member Prof. Dr. Baybars TEK and our Organisation Consultacy Trout&Partners ‘s Head of Manegement Barış TOPKAYA.

 

      We as Career and Management Society aim better quality in every project that we made real in the direction of our visions and missions.From this point of view we  are actualizing LEADER-IM Project on 17-18 March 2009.Turkey’s Acknowledged Expert Leaders,Director-generals,Administrators,CEO’s and Precious Academicians are attending LEADER-IM Project.LEADER-IM is an organisation consisting of ‘’Quality,Innovation,Brand and Brandization,Management and  Leadership” topics that have ever-increasing importances nowadays.This organization contains presentations,panel discussions,colloqiums, symposiums and educations with participation certificates about these topics 2 days long.University students take the opportunity to get peer-to-peer communication with frontrunner companies from various sectors in ‘’LEADER-IM’’ Project that materialize at Dokuz Eylul University’s Dokuzcesmeler Conferance Hall.Bringing Business World Leaders and university students together is aimed with this Project.
